Yes, please request the removal of your vehicle application by email, in writing, or by phone using the information on our contact page.
What if my driving routines change after I submit a vehicle application?
Please update us with your new information by email, in writing, or by phone using the information on our contact page.
Why am I asked my gender?
We request that you specify your gender for our own records. Your gender will not be shared with the advertiser, and will not affect whether your vehicle is or is not chosen for a contract.
What information do you share with the advertisers?
The information we share with the advertisers will leave you completely anonomous. We share your vehicle information, city/town, postal code, and driving and parking locations with the advertiser. Your name, gender, and any contact information stays with us.
Will I need to submit a drivers abstract?
In the vehicle application, we ask if you would be willing to submit a drivers abstract. We will not require the abstract unless an advertiser specifically requests that their advertisement be put on vehicles with a clean driving record only. If this is the case, only vehicles that have approved of submitting a drivers abstract will be chosen for the contract.
How do I get a drivers abstract?
Your automotive insurance company should be able to provide you with a drivers abstract, should we request that you submit one.
What if I sell my vehicle after I submit a vehicle application?
Please notify us of the change by email, phone, or in writing using the information on our contact page. Please submit a new application form for your new vehicle, if you would still like to be considered for an advertisement contract.
What if I have more than one vehicle?
If you have more than one vehicle, please submit a new vehicle application form for each vehicle. Please note that each vehicle must drive a minimum of 1200 kilometers each month in order to qualify for a contract.
If I submit a vehicle application, do I have to accept a contract if my vehicle is chosen?
The applicant has the right to refuse an offered contract for any reason. Upon being offered a contract, the applicant will be given the name of the company that will be advertising, and the length of the proposed contract.
Can I have more than one autoboard on my vehicle?
Each vehicle that is selected for contract will receive one advertisement decal that will be placed on the rear windshield. If the advertiser chooses to use your back side windows as well (for vans or SUVs only), you may have those covered in a decal as well.
What will the autoboard look like?
The autoboard will depend completely on the advertiser who chose your vehicle for a contract. The autoboard itself is printed on 50% perforated vinyl film which is safely transparent. Please do not submit a vehicle application if you are not comfortable with the vinyl film being applied to your rear windshield.
Will the autoboard damage my vehicle?
The autoboard will not damage your vehicle. The vinyl decal will be applied only to the glass of your window(s) and will be installed and removed by a decal installation professional.
